HORSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Even though Daily Manager Horse Management was designed for ease of use, this package is intended to record information and produce reports that can aid even the most sophisticated and demanding user.

Features include management (selectable by user) of horses, personnel (riders, trainers, handlers, etc.), owners, associations, scheduling/reminder dates, breeding (collection and insemination), and shows (scheduling and results tracking). Extensive cross-referencing is provided between these areas.
Built-in scheduling/reminder system allows tracking/reminding of medical, farrier, breeding, show and special events, both on an organization basis and by horse. You can set the number of days to begin notice of an event and the number of days to continue reminding after the event is scheduled to have occurred until a response is entered (optional). Responses can be requested and archived along with their corresponding event entries for historical reporting.
Advanced new features include the ability to track other animals (including livestock, cattle, dogs, etc.), as well as extensive breeding options that allow the management, scheduling and statistical tracking of cooled and frozen semen collection and insemination. Semen quality, cycle success rates, registry and pedigree data is readily available for up-to-date reporting and control.
No theoretical limits to the number of entries that can be made for horses, personnel, shows, reminders, etc. Only limited by physical system constraints such as disk storage.
Report printing controls can be adjusted for continuous forms or for single sheet feeding.
Reports can be automatically directed to disk and accessed by a word processor. (This is especially helpful in allowing insertion of notes and for report customization, or incorporation into other reports.)
DAILY MANAGER compatible forms are available nationally from forms suppliers such as Deluxe and NEBS. (To insure accuracy and service, special ordering reference numbers are provided in the documentation to use when placing an order from one of these suppliers.)
OfficeMate popup help/utilities feature is included and available at any point just be pressing the F1 key. The features include: Calculator, financial calculator, calendar, word processor, datebook/reminder, memo/notes (tied to client/customers, orders), project scheduler, and more!
Data for inclusion in a spreadsheet and word processor can be easily obtained from the DAILY MANAGER by the user.
Multilevel password protection.
System can be set up so that clerical personnel without a need to know can be restricted from accessing functions or obtaining reports.
Data can be recorded by fiscal year and period in addition to by calendar year dates.
On-site setup and training can be provided, as well as economical and rapid response remote support.
